DiCaprio's girlfriend denies engagement rumours

Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend Bar Refaeli has brushed off rumours that the actor recently proposed to her and maintained that the gold band she's wearing on her left hand is not an engagement ring.

DiCaprio, the 'Titanic' star, was rumoured to have popped the question to the Israeli supermodel over the Valentine's Day weekend after she was seen sporting a new piece of jewellery but when questioned about the engagement rumours, Refaeli said the couple has no plans to marry anytime soon, reports imdb.com.

'No, there wasn't (a proposal). Let me explain: These rings which are beautiful and made by a friend of mine won't fit any other finger except this one. I'm 24 and there's still time (for marriage). I'm in no hurry. I'm happy where I am,' she said.
