Where in US law do rights get conferred to foreign combatants not in a uniformed military?

Your complaint among many is they have been locked up for years with no due process.
Can you cite me the law that one gives them any rights under US law much less rights to a trial other then military tribunal.
Further they never received miranda so if you can argue they deserve a trial under US law what law and if they never received miranda then do they not deserve immediate release back to their country of origin?

My belief is they deserve a military tribunal at the least.
If found guilty they should have their necks stretched.
