Avril Lavigne gives LA mansion to ex-husband

Rockers Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley, who are going through their divorce process, are splitting up the assets and the latter is getting the LA mansion.

Last week, Avril signed over the deed that says that multi-million dollar Sherman Oaks home will go to Deryck. TMZ.com reports that the 25-year-old signer, who filed for divorce on Oct 9, has named her ex-husband the new 'sole and separate' owner of the house.

But the house also came with a lot of debt - there are still over a million dollars left on it to pay off.
