Sophie Anderton attends boot camp to get fit

Model Sophie Anderton attended a boot camp in a bid to put her unhealthy lifestyle behind her.

The imdb.com reports that the former Gossard model spent a day on the beach taking part in various vigorous individual and team exercises in Norfolk, Virginia.

Ex-Army instructors from the No.1 Boot Camp kept the 32-year-old at work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Following the training, participants retired to a country-house retreat for the night.

'No one has any energy for partying at all. It's dinner at 7 p.m. in the hotel and everyone crawls off to bed thoroughly exhausted. Sophie's been on one of our boot camps before in Somerset, but she just wanted to tone up again with a few days' hard work,' said a camp spokeswoman.

This comes after Anderton recently admitted that she has 'probably' slept with men for money in the past.
